Hi everyone-
Just wanted to give a tip to elevate your pizza crust to another level!
I use some sort of “Summer Ale” of beer in place of some of the water and also add in some honey to my pizza crust. Sam Adams is my fav…but others work great too. I also make it in the bread machine. Just dump & go. It’s ready for baking when it’s done 2 hrs & 20 min later. I also par-bake my crust a skosh before adding sauce & toppings. It helps crisp it up a bit.
I’m telling you, once you try this…you’ll be making pizza every week! It’s sooooooo good!
