I say tomaaato, you say tomahhto!
These little peat pot thingamajigs are my favorite container to plant tomato seeds in.
Plus they are fun to squish between your fingers.
Amish Paste happens to be my favorite variety for tomato sauce. It’s amazing to me that just one of these little seeds can grow 50+ lbs of tomatoes. It’s a miracle really.
And just for fun I thought I would try growing some of my “cold weather” veggies in the little peat pots too (I placed the container in my “greenhouse” outside): Rainbow Chard, Bok Choy, Romaine Lettuce, Kolrabi, and Cabbage. How about you? Have you planted anything yet? Are you even thinking about planting yet?
