If you’ve got a husband that is NON STOP in the BBQ department and you’re looking for a recipe to use up that leftover pork that’s in the fridge, well lucky you because I’ve got a recipe you’re gonna love. It’s quick, easy and chances are you already have all the ingredients in your pantry.
Now that’s my kind of meal. 😉
PrintPulled Pork Chili Recipe {A Great Way to Use Up Leftover Pulled Pork!}
Ingredients
1 – 1 1/2 pounds leftover pulled pork
2 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning {here’s the DIY version I use}
3 {15 ounce} cans diced tomatoes {we like the fire roasted ones}
2 cans {15 oz} pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced {optional}
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a Crock Pot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, or chives if you have it. Serve with cornbread or warm rolls. Easiest dinner ever!

Love this. I also use leftover pork to make green posole. Tried it? It’s delicious!
