The beauty of being a blogger is that I have a platform to share whatever noteworthy topic that pops into my head. Sometimes, the crazy stories I come across on the inter-web or the random thoughts that pop into my mind aren’t really noteworthy at all {on their own}.
They usually make me pause, laugh, or just plain roll my eyes and I go on about my day.
So, without further ado, here’s this weeks edition of Random Goodness from Around the Web
The Most Expensive Doll House Every Built
Okay, we’re kicking off with the craziest. A dollhouse worth $8.5 MILLION DOLLARS. That is not a typo. It’s a dollhouse, worth millions.
The dollhouse was built around 1980 by artist Elaine Diehl and was modeled after Tennyson’s Lady of Shallot. Craftsmen from around the world built over 10,000 handcrafted interior pieces for the castle. TEN THOUSAND PIECES OF CUSTOM DOLL HOUSE STUFF.
Would you believe someone actually paid $8k for a mini grand piano, which they commissioned as well as $3,300 for a mini car? There is also a jeep that serves no purpose other than to sit there and be looked at. Wowza!
The dollhouse will be on display in New York later this year with the ticket sales benefiting the charity, Autism Speaks.
And I want to go. Do you think I could convince the HH to go with me? I mean it’s a “celebration of all things Nutella and chocolate.” Oh and did I mention it’s in Australia. And that they will be serving custard filled Nutella cronuts! If the HH looks at me like I’m crazy, anybody up for going with me? We could see kangaroos AND feast on all things nutella. Sounds like the makings of an epic vacation. But I suspect if I go with you, The Girl would get jealous. Rightfully so. Who would want to miss this
Who You calling a Wimp?
Tell me you didn’t just watch that at least twice.
Crying Over Spilled Milk {Reviews}
I’m not really in the habit of recommending you have milk shipped from Amazon, but if you do nothing else productive with your day today, head on over and read the reviews on this Tuscan Milk. It’ll make your morning.
And that concludes this installment of Random Goodness from Around the Web. Please make sure to leave your random responses in the comment section.

That doll house is awesome! A true work of art. I mean what’s an 8 million dollar doll house in a country where we just had a billion and a half lottery? Crazy.
