Oh dear. I really need to find something better to do with my time besides gardening and baking.
Holy cheese and chocolate these are good. This was my first time making cheesecake brownies, and it won’t be my last. I just hope there will be some left for dessert by the time the Handsome Husband gets home.
If you have a box of brownie mix in your cupboard, run to the oven, turn it on, and make these for dessert tonight.
Seriously. What are you still doing here? GO. MAKE. CHEESECAKE. BROWNIES.NOW.

Cheesecake Mixture
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large egg yolk
1/3 cup sugar

- Using a mixer, whip combine the cheesecake mixture until creamy and smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture {2 tablespoons at a time} over the brownie mixture in a pretty pattern {if you have OCD like me}.
- Then, using a butter knife bring out your inner artist and gently swirl the cream cheese on top of the brownie mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, or until done.
Notes
Cool for about 30 minutes and then serve with a big, fat, scoop of vanilla ice cream. Then promptly adjust your belt.

I think I might make these tomorrow if it’s not too hot. My daughter would like swirling the cream cheese mixture.
