Recipe for Cinnamon Baked Apples

Ingredients

2 large apples peeled, cored and cut into chunks {I used Honeycrisp}
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Melt butter in a small baking dish {mine was 5×8}.

Place chopped apples in the baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and toss to coat with the butter.

Bake for 15 minutes, give the apples a stir and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the apples have softened.
