If you have leftover ham in your refrigerator and are looking for a creative way to use it up, these ham and cheese biscuits we made the other night are delicious. I’ve made them before with chopped onions, diced tomatoes, chives, corn, you name it, anything goes.
Another great recipe for leftover ham is Rustic Pea Soup. It’s our favorite.
Do you make anything special with YOUR leftover ham? I’d love to find a few more recipes.

- Add chopped ham and cheese and mix until combined
- Using a 3 Tbs cookie scoop {or a 1/3 cup measuring cup} scoop dough on to a parchment lined baking sheet or silpat.
- Bake until the scones are bit crusty and have a hint of golden brown on the top {about 12 minutes}.
- Serve immediately with butter.

Here is something we make with leftover ham. We love it and change the ingredient list often, especially yummy on soft dinner rolls (mini sandwiches for New Year’s Eve) http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/ham_salad/

I like to make a breakfast casserole with leftover ham.
It’s really simple with frozen hashbrowns, eggs, ham, and milk.
Also, I always make two pans of it and freeze some in single serving dishes for quick breakfasts.

Just made these biscuits for breakfast today with leftovers from our New year’s eve ham. I made them a bit bigger than the picture, then split them and filled with scrambled eggs – made a DELICIOUS breakfast sandwich – thanks for the recipe!

Wow. Substituted two finely diced apples for the cheese and cooked for 15 minutes. Aesthetically challenged but delicious! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

These look delish!
The way we MOST use leftover ham is making BBQ Ham in a skillet with the leftover ham pieces, bbq sauce and a little water, cooked until the whole thing cooks down and carmelizes. We like ham that way almost better than the ham baked the regular way. It’s a super treat.
Here is my blog post about it: http://athomemyway.blogspot.com/2012/10/remaking-leftovers-into-something.html
