3 cups frozen blackberries
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2/3 cups quick oats {regular works just fine too}
Instructions
In a bowl combine frozen berries, flour, sugar and 1 tablespoon butter {cut into chunks}. Combine and place in a 8 oz ramekins.
In another bowl combine brown sugar and remaining butter and microwave until soft. Add the oats to brown sugar mixture and combine.
Top blackberries with oatmeal mixture.
Place ramekins on a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until juices are bubbling and oats are lightly browned {about 30 minutes}.
Cool and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
