Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, chopped
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add strawberries and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool syrup.
Serve over pancakes, ice cream or bottle it up and enjoy it later in lemonade.
