Ingredients

8 cups finely diced cabbage
1/4 cup diced carrots
3 tablespoons onions, minced {I like onions!}
Dressing
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk {I used 2%}
1/2 cup mayonnaise {I had to borrow this from Mrs. Hillbilly}
1/4 cup buttermilk {How to Make Buttermilk}
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Whisk together the dressing and set aside.
- Finely chop the cabbage, carrots and onion and mix together in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
