View from the kitchen this morning.
According to The National Weather Service, Komo4 News and most importantly the Handsome Husband, a major snow storm is on its way to Seattle tonight.

This makes me laugh. Want to know why? It hardly snows around here. If we get 2 or 3 inches of snow a major media alert is released. Stores shut down, schools are closed and there is a mad dash to Costco to stock up on provisions.
Even Albertsons is getting in on the action. Gee, I hope I have enough provisions on hand to last the next 24 hours…

I bet you got more than 2 inches of snow! In Lake Stevens we have at least a foot on the ground…so it is pretty major. My hubby called to share that the roads are treacherous in Everett and many business’s are closed down. This may be a snow storm for the books!
