Well, it wasn’t bacon that was stuck in Lucy the Trouble Puggle’s throat, it was a piece of bark the size of my thumb. Does YOUR dog eat bark? Maybe she was hunting for cinnamon bark and got confused? All I know is that I’m happy she’s feeling better. Oh Lucy. You’re such a nut!

Last night I whipped up a new recipe, Roasted Beets Tossed in Balsamic Vinegar with Pistachios and it was delicious. I don’t know about you but I LOVE simple sides dishes!!
