Just when you think the Best Chocolate Chip Recipe on the Planet can’t get any better, I go and make s’mores out of them. Best. Thing. Ever. Make them and then hide them from everyone you know, because the second a person tries them, they will down the entire pan. Not that I know from personal experience or anything, I’m just talking hypothetically of course!! But trust me, these cookies are sooo good. Go make them immediately!
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/3 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda {15 Cool Uses for Baking Soda}
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking chips {Ghirardelli are my favorite}
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 regular sized Hershey’s bars, broken into pieces
1-2 packages graham crackers, broken into squares
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In large mixing bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and brown sugar at medium speed until nice and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, one at a time. Mix on low speed until incorporated. Gradually add in the pre-mixed flour, baking soda and salt into the creamed mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and marshmallows and set dough aside.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or use silpats. Lay graham crackers side by side on the pans, close enough so they touch. You may have to add or remove graham crackers depending on how much dough you have. Drop 1-1.5 tablespoon-size ball of dough in the middle of each graham cracker. Flatten slightly with fingertips.
Bake for 5 minutes, then take out of oven and press Hershey’s bar pieces on the top. Go to town if you want it extra chocolatey, or less if you just want a little chocolate kick. Bake for an additional 5 – 7 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown. Let cool before cutting, then hide from your family and gobble them up!

I just made these cookies for my Sunday school class. Oh. My. Word. Amazing. To make the s’mores part more obvious I sliced a full sized marshmallow in half, placed that on top of the half baked cookie then put the chocolate pieces on top of the marshmallow slice. Thanks for the great recipe!
