1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
½ lb. ground sausage
1 {6oz} Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup ketchup, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, stuffing mix, water, eggs and ¼ cup ketchup until blended.
Shape into a loaf pan.
Top meatloaf with remaining ketchup.
Bake for about 1 hour or until done {when the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160F}.
