I feel kind of feel bad showing you a picture of what we ate for breakfast this morning… Seriously. Chocolate, bananas and whip cream? For breakfast? Man of man was this delicious. And good for you too. Yummmm. It’s a good thing I made a few extra crepes for later.

PrintSunday Brunch Recipe – Chocolate Crepes with Bananas
Ingredients
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3 fresh eggs
1/3 cup milk {I used 2%}
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 bananas, sliced
1 pint fresh whipping cream
powdered sugar
maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth {about 5 seconds}.
- Prepare crepes according to the directions on your crepe maker.
- Stuff crepes with fresh whipping cream and banana slices.
- Top with maple syrup, whipping cream and a sprinkle of powered sugar.
- Serve hot or cold.
