Sunday Brunch Recipe – Chocolate Crepes with Bananas

Ingredients

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3 fresh eggs
1/3 cup milk {I used 2%}
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 bananas, sliced
1 pint fresh whipping cream
powdered sugar
maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth {about 5 seconds}.
  2. Prepare crepes according to the directions on your crepe maker.
  3. Stuff crepes with fresh whipping cream and banana slices.
  4. Top with maple syrup, whipping cream and a sprinkle of powered sugar.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
