I went out to the garden this morning and planted 2 rows of salad greens, 1 row of spinach, a row of turnips and 1 1/2 lbs of peas. It feels like spring already!

I ordered a dozen blueberry plants back in the fall and they finally arrived this week. We planted 3 each of the following varieties: Bluegold, Patriot, Bluecrop, and Sunshine. Each are suppose to reach between 4-6 feet tall. It’s one more advancement towards eating locally and getting off the processed food chain.
