The Best Biscotti Recipes
You asked for it! You all know how much I LOVE BISCOTTI – chocolate biscotti, almond biscotti, and lemon biscotti recipes just to name a few. Here are some of my favorites.
Chocolate Hazelnut Orange Biscotti
Make it. Dip it in tea. Shove it in your mouth shamelessly. It’s easy as 1-2-3.
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Biscotti
A perennial favorite, I can’t help it if I love this one so much. It leaps into your tummy.
Almond Lemon Poppy Seed Biscotti
The lemon and almond combo might seem odd, but it works oh so well. Add in some poppy seeds and it takes it over the top.
Cranberry Pistachio Cornmeal Biscotti
Don’t let the cornmeal throw you off–it actually works really well with all of the flavors. And it tastes even better dipped in hot tea!
An amazing housewarming gift or a holiday treat. Nothing says Tis the Season like some gingerbread flavor. Whip that flavor into some biscotti and it’s a slam dunk.
A great way to use up that last bit of pumpkin puree you have sitting around after Thanksgiving.
Savory Sun Dried Tomato Biscotti
Savory biscotti? Okay, so maybe not the best dipped in tea, but dipped in a side of marinara? YUM!
Caution! I’ve been known to eat an entire loaf in two days flat. You should prepare yourself first by inviting guests over.

How am I supposed to choose which one(s) to make first?!?!

These look wonderful! I do have a question regarding you Aga Range. Where did you order it from? I am looking into getting one and was curious about your experience.

Perfect timing. 🙂
I’m adapting to cooking/baking with minimal or no butter after my husband’s major heart attack last week. Biscotti to the rescue! Poor guy is craving a treat.
Be good to your hearts out there.

You read my mind. I am also in a biscotti-baking mood. My favorite is anise-almond. I am a black licorice person, and biscotti keeps me from eating an entire bag of licorice candy.

My fallback biscotti recipe, endlessly adaptable. My pro tip is to use a kitchen scale to weigh the dough so you can divide it evenly. I’m excited to try your cornmeal biscotti — never saw cornmeal in it before and I’m a big fan!
