Ingredients

3 cups leftover cooked turkey, shredded
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise {Greek yogurt works well too}
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the turkey, celery, onions and walnuts. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until the turkey is well coated.
Chill salad four hours before serving to let all the flavors sink into the turkey. Serve turkey salad on a bed of lettuce or on toasted sandwich bread with a thick layer of cranberry apple jam.
