It so happens I understand babyspeak. If you will look closely at the video, the more vocal of the two babies is not understanding what the other is saying. He keeps lifting his foot to show that he has no sock on that foot. Then when the other baby responds , he moves his hand back and forth and shows him his foot again, as if to say,”no, you aren’t getting it. Real simple. One of these kids will be a minister and the other will be a politician.
