I was on autopilot this week. Lot’s of cookies, coupons, a trip to Boise and lot’s of time spent ordering Christmas presents off Amazon. However, I did manage to drag myself away from the computer twice to go grocery shopping.
Here is what I purchased this week:
Shopping Trip #1
Using my last $20 Albertsons store coupon I scored last week buying Amazon gift cards, I was able to pick up everything you see above for $5.70.
Shopping Trip #2
Double Coupon Sunday at Albertsons:
Coupons are RAD! I was able to score 18 boxes of FREE BROWNIE MIX… and you can bet your mama’s gold teeth I’m going back for more just as soon as I clip some more coupons! 6 tubs of frosting $3! FREE Bananas, apples and carrots thanks to free product coupons I found in the trash can outside of Albertsons. 😉 Hahaha! One mans trash is another mans treasure! Especially if it’s FREE FRUIT!
I also scored 8 bags of peanut butter cookie mix PLUS 4 bags of Hershey Kisses for $8! When I was in Boise last week I spotted save $1.00 when you buy 1 Peanut Butter Cookie mix and 1 Bag of Hershey Kisses coupons at Winco. The cookie mix was on sale buy 2 for $4 get 1 bag of FREE kisses so I simply bought 2 bags of cookie mix & 1 bag of kisses and doubled my $1 off coupon and ended up paying $2 for each transaction (I did the same transaction 4 times).

Total Spent year to date: $1187.08
I now have $12.92 in cash left to spend, $31.20 left on my free Albertsons gift card I won over the summer and whole lot of food in the pantry. I can do this! Go Mavis Go!

Wow is all that comes to mind with such an awesome week. I sure wish Idaho got the same coupons as you guys. Would have loved to get free brownies, but maybe another time. You know I’m thinking you could almost end up with money left over here.
