Remember when I ran into Francisco a few weeks ago and scored a $5 off a $25 Haggen coupon? Well, I looked at the fine print and there was anything stated about not being able to use the coupon on dairy products so I loaded up on milk!

Amazon prices can change super quick, so when I find a good subscribe and save deal on something, I add the item to my subscribe and save order for the following month. I like the flexibility of being able to add items to my list as well as being able to delete them before a shipment goes out. Sometimes I order toiletry products, sometimes food, but if I can’t find at least 5 items to get the additional 15% off discount then I’ll usually just cancel the whole order.

I bartered some Swiss chard for eggs with Mrs. Hillbilly and she said anytime I want to bring more over in exchange for eggs I can. Saweeeet!

Some of the homemade meals we enjoyed this week:
No Knead Dutch Oven Crusty Bread
Crusty bread makes the best open faced breakfast sandwiches on the planet.
Pot roast with sweet potatoes, new potatoes, mashed potatoes and carrots.
Leftover pot roast stew {2 nights}
Delicious oatmeal cookies
Chicken soup
We also had breaded chicken with sweet potatoes and homemade macaroni and cheese.
On Sunday’s I make the HH breakfast in bed. It’s my way of thanking him for getting up and going to work everyday so I don’t have too. This week I made him fried potatoes with ham and peppers, toast, eggs and bacon. Lucy the puggle princess feels left out if she doesn’t get breakfast in bed as well, so I usually make her something to eat so she too can have breakfast in bed with the HH.
This was the first time I caught it on camera. 😉

What size cast iron do you use for the bread?

You’re eating poisons, GMO genetically modified corn and soups filled with poisons. The gold fish are going to be filled with poisonous chemicals. This is the real cause of cancer. The govt won’t tell you this b/c they make trillions in tax dollars from cancer treatments.
