Even though I don’t make a weekly menu plan, I still love the idea of having a bunch of recipes right in front of me to choose from.
Here are a few recipes that are so tasty for you to choose from this week:
- Ham and Cheese Quinoa Bites – I’m cooking these bad boys up for breakfast. And as a total bonus, the leftovers make delicious afternoon snacks! {Pin for later}
- Easy Spinach Frittata Recipe – I know the name frittata makes them sound all fancy, but they are surprisingly easy to make! {Pin for later}
- Blueberry Buckle – The perfect Sunday brunch recipe. Also equally delicious Monday through Saturday! {Pin for later}
- Savory Crepes with Ham, Spinach and Egg – Eating these makes me want to hop on a plane right now and travel to get the real thing! {Pin for later}
- Ritz Cracker Chicken – 3 simple ingredients is all it takes and BAM, dinner’s on the table. {Pin for later}

Apple Pie Jam Recipe – My son LOVES homemade apple pie so of course he absolutely loves apple pie jam. He has to hide it from the rest of the family though, or we’ll eat it all before he can get to it! As a bonus, your house will smell like an apple pie factory for days!
