Even though I don’t make a weekly menu plan, I still love the idea of having a bunch of recipes right in front of me to choose from. Here are a few recipes from my recipe collection I thought you might like:
Breakfast Ideas
Homemade Vitamin Water – Sometimes, I like to have a quick muffin and make this yummy vitamin water on mornings when I am on the go. Quick tip: the water tastes equally delicious warmed up, like a warm fruit tea. {Pin for Later}

Slow Cooker and Freezer Meal Ideas
Slow Cooker Meatloaf – Cold weather somehow justifies heavier meals–this meatloaf is one of those protein packed meals that will leave you feeling warm and satisfied. {Pin for Later}
13 Bean Vegetarian Soup – This meatless soup still has a ton of protein. It’s delicious and, even if you aren’t a vegetarian, saves you a bundle on not having to provide a meat for the meal. {Pin for Later}
Chicken Cacciatore Freezer Meal – I love that this dish is loaded with veggies–and that I only have to wash, chop and prep the veggies one time, but I still get four meals out of it. Slow Cooker Soutwest Chicken Chili – If you have a football family, throw this together and let it simmer in the crock pot until game time. Trust me, you’ll be a hit when you let ’em know they can dish up and head back to sit in front of the t.v. {Pin for Later}
Soups , Salads and Main Dish Ideas
Cast Iron Skillet Pot Pie – This one pot meal is actually pretty quick and easy to throw together and goes from oven to table. {Pin for Later}
Spinach and Feta Orzo Salad – I like to make up a big batch of this stuff so I have lunch all week long. {Pin for Later}
Quinoa Fried Rice – At the Butterfield household, this is the main course, but you can serve it as a side dish too. It’s got quinoa and coconut milk, so it is super satisfying for hours and hours. {Pin for Later}
Baked Macaroni and Cheese – Nothing welcomes the cool weather better than a big hot pan of homemade mac & cheese. {Pin for Later}
Decorated Acorn Sugar Cookies – If your kids have a Thanksgiving feast at school, these cookies will be a HUGE hit. {Pin for Later}
